Returns & Exchanges

At MICAS, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a smooth refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MICAS account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return invoice provided during the online request process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
